- A returns processing charge of 10 USD or the equivalent in the original purchase currency will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of processing your return.
3. How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the item(s) you wish to return for our records.

- After receiving your RAN, securely package the item(s) and affix the provided return label.
- Drop off the package at your local courier service or schedule a pickup with the designated courier service.
- Please ensure the package is adequately insured and tracked as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Inspection and Refund:

- If the return is approved, we will process the refund, deducting the 10 USD dollars or the equivalent in the original purchase currency as a processing charge.

6. Exchanges:
